MONEY ORDERS & CASHIERS CHECKS: 
Some customers prefer to send payment by mail.. Just select "Email" as your payment option when checking out your shopping cart.  Payment should be received within 10 business days from the date of the order.    When your payment is received we will contact you via email to let you know when your order will be shipped.

SHIPPING:
We will normally ship all items within 3 business days.  Occasionally items will  not  be available for shipment within three business days. In that case, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date.  If an item is unavailable, we will be refund your money using the same method of payment that was used to complete the purchase.

We prefer to ship orders under two (2) pound by United States Postal Service.   Anything weighing over two (2) pounds will be shipped by UPS.  UPS provides up to $100.00 of free insurance.

Currently, we will only ship to addresses in the Continental United States.  We will, however, review shipping to another country and notify you of additional shipping costs before you place an order.

RETURNS:
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  In the event that you are not satisfied, please contact us at ttsales@cox.net within 5 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. 

All returns must be authorized and returned in the same condition as received.  All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

If a refund is due we will refund your payment LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING using the same method that was used to make the purchase.  We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
