Question: Will you ship orders outside the Continental United States?

Answer:  Currently, we will only ship to addresses in the Continental United States.  We will, however, review shipping to another country and notify you of additional shipping costs before you place an order.

Question: How can I pay for my purchase by personal check?

Answer: When you arrive at the Check Out Page, fill out the form and click on the payment options button.  Select "Email" as the payment option.  When we  receive an email notifying us of your purchase, we will send payment instructions to you by return email.

Question:  I want to purchase some of your merchandise for resale.  Do you offer special prices for bulk orders?

Answer: Yes we do offer special pricing for bulk orders.  The item and quantity needs to be supplied to us by email to determine availability, price and shipping costs.

Question:  How do I determine Shipping and Handling costs?

Answer:  We charge a flat fee for each item purchased.  The shipping amount will be shown at the Check Out Page.  Typically, small items under one pound is shipped by First Class Mail using the US Postal Service.  Items one to 2 pounds will be shipped by Priority Mail.  Over 2 pounds will be shipped by UPS ground.  If you wish faster shipping; i.e., overnight, advise us by email so that we can provide you the additional shipping costs.
